The Middle Fork Willamette River is in Oregon, near Oakridge. It flows into the Willamette River (above Willamette Falls).

Steelhead are the main catch here. Anglers reported an average of about 1,900 harvested steelhead a year from 2007 to 2025. The best months are June and July, and the catch peaks in June. Chinook average about 750 a year and peak in June. Smaller numbers of coho are also reported. These figures count harvested fish only, not fish caught and released.
