Mayfield Lake is in Washington, near Mossyrock. It drains to the Cowlitz River (below Mayfield Dam).

Coho are the main catch here. Anglers reported an average of about 55 harvested coho a year from 2004 to 2022. The best months are September through November, and the catch peaks in November. Chinook average about 40 a year and peak in September. Summer steelhead average about 30 a year and peak in July. Winter steelhead average about 25 a year and peak in March. These figures count harvested fish only, not fish caught and released. Washington catch figures follow the WDFW report year, which runs from April to March.
